Join us for an evening of sharing and discussion on topics important to YOU:

·         Bring your great ideas, tips and learning and share them with others in facilitated round table discussions

·         Learn about new ways and techniques to re-focus and re-energize your search

·         Brainstorm on new ideas with others

Don't miss an evening where you can expand your network, make new friends, share knowledge with your peers, and hear highly relevant and beneficial insights and perspectives from each other.

·         You are a STARS (Share, Talent, Accomplishments, Results, Strategy) Featured Guests – learn in much more detail about your friends and colleagues.  Each meeting will now include a 5 minute section to be presented by an attendee to the meeting.  Detailed information will include: prior work history, professional skills and areas of expertise, desired position and target companies.  What are you most passionate about, what professional development have you participated in during your time in transition.

The Northern NJ ASTD Career Transition SIG provides a professional forum for participants seeking new career opportunities in various professions.  Many members of the SIG group are professionals in Training and Development.

The SIG’s goal is to provide space for networking, exchange of resources, contacts, information, mutual support and learning, and job leads for those seeking new career opportunities.

A Training, Technology, and Management leader with a career that spans progressively responsible positions in Training and Development, Sales Operations and Client Services. 

Alicja has helped organizations improve performance, engagement and efficiency through the design, development and delivery of training programs to national and international sales and service teams, managing the deployment of Salesforce.com, hardware and software applications, and providing leadership for client service teams. 

Alicja’s career with ADP Claims Services included positions as Director of Training and Business Applications, Director of Sales Operations, and Director of Client Services.  In her role at IncentOne, Alicja held positions as Director of Corporate Training and Director of Client Services.

Alicja has a Masters of Science in Educational Technology from Ramapo College of NJ with emphasis on web design and development in adult education and learning, a BA and MA in International Studies from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck NJ, rreceived a Certificate in Project Management, MS Project and Visio from WPU Wired Grant, and a White Belt – Lean Six Sigma Certification.

Alicja is a member of the NNJ ASTD and Chairperson of the NNJ ASTD Career Transition Special Interest Group.  She is also the founder of the Bergen Career Networking Community (BCNC), the Women4Women Networking Group, and an active member of other Networking Groups in NJ.
